Earlier this week rapper Game filed for an appeal after losing a $7.3 million default judgment to Priscilla Rainey, after she accused him of sexually assaulting her during the filming of his reality show,'She's Got Game [click here if you missed that].'

According to reports Game's request for a new trial has been denied because the paperwork was filed incorrectly.
Game may resubmit his case to be considered for appeal.
