According to reports Game is asking for a new trial, claiming the evidence doesn't support the verdict and that a video of him and the victim after the incident caused to jury to judge him more harshly.
Game also claims a severe tooth infection kept him from testifying in his own defense.
The rapper is seeking a new trial or a reduction in damages.
