Earlier this year Chris Brown was accused of getting high and brutally assaulting his former road manager Mike G [click here if you missed that].
Now Mike is accusing Chris of unlawfully avoiding being served with his lawsuit...
Insiders tell TMZ the process server approached Chris Brown during halftime at a charity basketball game, extended the paper work and told him, "you've been served," before a member of his entourage slapped the papers out of her hand and Chris ran in the other direction.
Chris has accused the road manager of theft.
