According to reports Cam Newton is facing a $300k lawsuit after breaking his rental agreement and virtually destroying a luxury rental in Beverly Hills.
Apparently Cam rented the Beverly Hills home for $123k for 61 days and agreed to have no more than 8 guests at a time, no parties and no smoking.
Instead Cam held multiple parties, broke an expensive refrigerator, caused water damage to the floors, ruined the linens and destroyed a $32k rug.
The owner is seeking $270k plus legal fees.
