Accuser Fights to Reopen Cosby Case
Back in January former teen actress Renita Hill's defamation of character lawsuit against Bill Cosby was dismissed with prejudice after a judge determined it was within the comedian's First Amendment rights to call claims that he sexually molested her "untrue" and "ridiculous [click here if you missed that]."
Now Renita is trying to reopen the case...
On Friday Renita Hill submitted legal docs asking the federal appeals court in Philadelphia to revive her lawsuit.
The decision is pending.
