Last year comedian Steve Harvey screwed up the Miss Universe Pageant by announcing Miss Colombia had won when actually Miss Philippines was the winner [click here if you missed that].
Though Steve is contracted to host the pageant again this year the President of the Philippines is trying to make sure that doesn't happen...
At a press conference this week a rep for Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte explained,
“He cannot host. I am going to talk to the Miss Universe that he cannot host so that is my problem. I don’t want him to be the host of the Miss Universe.”
