According to reports Nick Gordon has been ordered to appear in court with his attorney today, Sept. 16, for pre-trial hearings in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by the Estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Nick is accused of injecting Bobbi Kristina with a lethal cocktail of drugs before submerging her in a bathtub in an incident eerily similar to the death of her mother, pop star Whitney Houston [click here if you missed that].
Nick, who maintains his innocence while steadfastly refusing to cooperate with any investigation, is expected to file a motion to have the case thrown out.
