According to reports Kendu Issacs has filed legal docs to the have his prenup thrown out calling the agreement "immensely invalid, unenforceable and unconscionable."
The prenup was drawn up two days before the couple wed in December 2003.
Kendu filed the motion after Mary asked a judge to block his bid for spousal support.
