Earlier this year there were rumors Apple Music was in talks to acquire Jay Z's rival streaming service Tidal [click here and here if you missed that].
So not true...
This week Apple Music CEO Jimmy Iovine tells BuzzFeed,
"We're really running our own race. We're not looking to acquire any streaming services."
