“Today was a disaster,” said Carl Fanty, a 36-year-old MTA worker from East Harlem. “ I spent $200 on one shirt and a couple of hats. Honestly I like his first pop-up store better.”
“The store was plain,” said Xavier Brun, 17, of Brooklyn. “I got lucky and cut the line and waited six hours. I feel bad for the people in back of the line.”
Jack Van Volkenburg, a student visiting from Washington D.C., had waited a whopping 11 hours to get inside the store — a decision he now deeply regrets.
“The quality of [the] clothes is crap and it is pretty expensive,” he seethed. “Not worth it.”Also NYPD threatened to shut down the NY location because Kanye DIDNT hire any security.
