Two years ago former Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Raymond 'Benzino' Scott was shot by his nephew Gai Scott on the way to the cemetery following Benzino's mother's funeral [click here if you missed that].
Gai has been found guilty...
This week Gai Scott was found guilty of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon while being cleared on the more serious charge of armed assault with the intent to murder.
Gai maintains his innocence and claims Benzino had been threatening to kill him, while there were reports Benzino suspected his sister and her son Gai of stealing from his elderly mother while they were supposed to be taking care of her.
Gai is facing up to ten years in prison at sentencing.
