According to The Jasmine Brand Toya filed for divorce from Mickey 'MempHitz' Wright on July 8th in the state of Georgia calling their marriage irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation.
Toya and MempHitz both signed prenuptial agreements prior to their marriage agreeing not to seek alimony or go after the other's personal wealth, but Toya is asking that MempHitz be prohibited from selling any property until their divorce is final and she also wants him to pay her legal fees.
