Earlier this week Welcome to Sweetie Pie's fans were shocked to learn Miss Robbie was suing her son Tim over theft and trademark infringement [click here if you missed that].
Tim tells his side of the story...
In a post on Instagram Tim implies the real problem is his mom wants to sell Sweetie Pies but he doesn't.
Tim writes,
I won't sell the Sweetie Pies brand WE built.
I REFUSE to let anybody other than OUR people run OUR business. I have nothing but love for my mother but right now we agree to disagree.
