Now we know why...
According to The Jasmine Brand Thi Thi and Zino were in court because Althea was requesting a restraining order against Benzino accusing him of assault, holding her against her will, stalking, emotional abuse, blackmail, and bombarding her with emails, calls and texts.
Apparently the restraining order was granted and Benzino was ordered to stay 500 yards away from Althea for one full year, but after court Thi Thi got in Zino's face, in violation of the court order, and she was locked up for ten days on contempt of court charges.
