Friends fear former pro-basketball player Lamar Odom is back on crack-cocaine...
Insiders tell TMZ an intervention was staged for Lamar Odom recently after a friend found a crack-pipe and other drug paraphernalia inside his home.
Unfortunately Lamar was not receptive to the message.
The friend hopes reaching out to TMZ will help scare Lamar straight, because apparently nearly dying of a drug overdose inside a Nevada brothel wasn't scary enough [click here if you missed that].
