Last November Jermaine Jackson's wife Halima was arrested for assaulting Jermaine inside their home [click here if you missed that].
Turns out that was a sign of things to come...
According to reports Halima has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences and listing November 28th as the date of their separation.
The couple were married in 2004 and have no children together. Halima is seeking spousal support.
This was Jermaine's third marriage.
