Rapper 50 Cent was arrested in St. Kitts on Saturday after cursing onstage at a music festival.
According to reports 50, who's Effen Vodka sponsored the event, was not scheduled to perform but took the stage after another band failed to show up.
Insiders claim 50 was warned about St. Kitt's profanity laws and was instructed to pull the mic away from his mouth during curse words, but apparently that method didn't work.
After leaving the stage 50 and a member of his entourage were taken into custody and charged with using indecent language.
50 was allowed to pay a fine and leave the island the following day.
