Back in February Real Housewives of Atlanta husband Peter Thomas was arrested in Charlotte, NC after one of his Bar One patrons claimed Peter assaulted him in a drunken rage [click here if you missed that].
Now the guy is claiming Peter was upset because he interrupted his hook-up...
According to TMZ Brandon Link claims he approached Peter at Bar One Charlotte to discuss a potential business deal when Peter screamed on him,
"I'm working on some p****! Do you think I give a F*** about your money!!"Link also claims Peter edited video surveillance of the incident before turning it over to police.
Brandon Link is suing Peter in civil court for $225k.
