Insiders tell Billboard Magazine Kanye West has been working with Scooter Braun for over a month and that Scooter will share management duties with Yeezy's longtime rep Izzy Zivkovic.
This would explain Kanye declaring Justin Bieber's 'What Do You Mean' his favorite song of 2015 and then showing up on SnapChat rocking out at a Justin Bieber concert last month [click here if you missed that].
