Back in December 80 year-old comedian Bill Cosby was charged with aggravated indecent assault after a newly elected district attorney re-visited a complaint filed by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand back in 2004 [click here if you missed that].
In February Bill Cosby filed an appeal after a judge refused to throw the case out.
This week the Superior Court of Pennsylvania denied the appeal ruled that his case will move forward.
