No one knows for sure but Hip Hollywood caught Jamie Foxx this weekend at a pre-Oscars party sporting a wedding band on his ring finger while Katie Holmes has also been spotted wearing a wedding band.
Guess we won't know for sure until Katie gets pregnant.
