Last year the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina's companion, Nick Gordon, accusing him of injecting her with a lethal cocktail of drugs before submerging her in a bathtub filled with water [click here if you missed that].
The case has been delayed while Nick searches for a new lawyer...
According to reports Nick Gordon's current legal team have stepped down because Nicki was being uncooperative.
The case is on hold until he obtains new counsel.
