Joe Morton getting a bigger role on Scandal...
According to reports actor Joe Morton's character Rowan Pope has been promoted to series regular mid-way through season 5.
Morton has won an Emmy win, a Critics Choice nod and three NAACP Image Awards for his role as Olivia Pope's father on Scandal.
