Earlier this week Michael Jackson fans were left in shock after it was announced that white actor Joseph Fiennes had been cast as the King of Pop in an upcoming film [click here if you missed that].
While Fiennes understands the shock he points out he and Michael Jackson were the same skin color...
Joseph Fiennes tells Entertainment Tonight,
"I'm a white, middle-class guy from London. I'm as shocked as you may be."
"He (Jackson) definitely had an issue - a pigmentation issue - and that's something I do believe. He was probably closer to my color than his original color."
