According to TMZ Jay Z is being sued by Parlux Fragrances over his failed Gold cologne venture.
Parlux signed a deal with Jay in 2013 but claims he never promoted the scent like he promised, canceling an appearance on Good Morning America and refusing to post about it on social media.
Parlux was expecting to make $50 million over 2 years instead they lost money.
Parlux is suing Jay for $18 million.
