Earlier this month a U.S. Magistrate denied Bill Cosby's wife, Camille Cosby's, motion requesting she not be forced to sit for a deposition in the defamation of character lawsuit filed against her husband by 8 women accusing the embattled comedian of sexual assault [click here if you missed that].
Now attorneys for the plaintiffs are threatening to send U.S. Marshall's to pick up Dr. Cosby if she continues to refuse to comply...
Yesterday Camille Cosby filed an emergency motion seeking a delay in her deposition while waiting on the ruling her her appeal.
In her motion Dr. Cosby, 71, claims attorney Joseph Cammarata threatened to send federal marshals to her house to force her to comply.
The deposition is set for Wednesday January 6.
