Hungarian Roma singer Mitsou filed a lawsuit against Jay Z and Beyonce last year because her vocals were used at the beginning of Drunk in Love without her consent or compensation [click here if you missed that].
This week a judge ruled while Jay and Bey did indeed use Mitsou's voice she filed her lawsuit in the wrong court and the case has been thrown out.
