Chris Rock and his estranged wife Malaak are in the middle of a messy divorce and now she's accusing him of not claiming their so called adopted daughter…
According to TMZ Malaak thinks Chris is refusing to claim their 7 year-old adopted daughter Ntombi because he doesn't want to pay child support, but Chris' camp insist the child was never formally adopted and therefore not his responsibility.
The insider claims 6 month old Ntombi was taken from her unemployed South Africa parents back in 2008 under mysterious circumstances and that an investigation has been opened into how she came to live with the Rock's for years without being legally adopted.
Chris claims it was all Malaak doing and he has not had contact with the child since leaving his wife.
Chris and Malaak have two biological daughters together.
