Russell Simmons has been repeatedly assuring Rush Card users that their funds are safe and that cards are back online but one look at the comment sections on his various social media accounts show that is simply not the case.
Customers are complaining about being kept on hold for hours with customer service and of money missing from their accounts.
Meanwhile it has been revealed that the fine print on their Rush Card contracts prohibit customers from filing lawsuits against the company.
