Rush Card Users Still in a Bind
It's been 9 days and counting and Rush Card customers still have no access to their cash…
Last Monday Rush Card customers began complaining they could not access the funds on their Rush Cards and that balances were showing zero [click here if you missed that].
Payroll direct deposit customers have been especially hard hit claiming their payroll checks have also gone missing as well as funds that were already in their accounts.
While Russell Simmons continues to reassure Rush Card holders via social media that everything is fine users are now complaining that customer service reps have stopped answering the phones and if they do get through they are being hung up on.
Russell Simmons blames the issue on a computer glitch.
