Some are claiming they have been kept on hold for hours with customer service only to be hung up on when they finally get through, while others complain their human resource departments have been told their Rush Card accounts are closed and direct deposits have been returned. Many are claiming money that was already on their cards is now missing.
Meanwhile Russell has been vowing to make things right and promises to give away millions of dollars in restitution.
