According to TMZ Kitchen 24 in Hollywood called the cops on Ray J this morning and held his Mercedes hostage after Ray and his entourage refused to pay their tab.
Ray J also called the cops claiming Kitchen 24 would not give him a receipt.
Meanwhile a tow truck has been called.
