Earlier this month viral internet sensation Andrew Caldwell shocked fans by declaring he'd once had an affair with retired football star and Real Housewives of Atlanta ex-husband Kordell Stewart [click here if you missed that].
While Andrew later retracted his claims [click here if you missed that] apparently that wasn't enough..
According to The Atlanta Journal and Constitution Kordell Stewart filed a defamation of character lawsuit in DeKalb County Superior Court this week naming reality show producer Jarrius Keyun Moon, TheShakeUp Internet morning show and Andrew Caldwell.
In the suit Kordell accuses Jarrius and Andrew of starting rumors about him to generate interest in their fledgling reality show 'The Gospel Truth.'
Kordell is seeking “general and special damages for … loss of earnings, emotional distress and impairment to his reputation.”
