According to TMZ Khloe Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser withdrew their divorce petition at Khloe's request because the couple want to remain married.
Khloe filed for divorce in 2013 after several attempts to get Lamar into rehab.
The proceedings stalled after Lamar first refused to sign the papers and then got caught in a backlog.
Lamar Odom remains in serious but stable condition after being found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel and spending 4 days in a coma [click here if you missed that].
Khloe has vowed to remain by Lamar's side throughout his extensive rehab.
