According to TMZ Jerry Heller just filed suit against Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, the Estate of Eazy-E and NBC Universal claiming his portrayal in 'Straight Outta Compton' was false and damaging.
Heller also claims he never gave permission to use his likeness in the film and is seeking a minimum of $110 million in damages.
'Straight Outta Compton' has pulled in over $200 million world wide.
