On Friday during the trial for the two accused murders the single eyewitness has recanted his story…
On the witness stand Timothy Patterson claimed,
"I was out of it. I was off drugs and alcohol. I was out of it so I can't recall. I didn't see anybody with a gun."Despite being much more forthcoming in police reports the night of the shooting.
The trial continues this week.
