Damon Dash took Rachel back to court to have his supervised visit order thrown out and to restore his joint custody status. It didn't work out that way.
According to TMZ the ruling was upheld because the judge agreed with Rachel that Dame smokes too much weed, citing an incident where the kids accidentally ate a pot-laced brownie at his house.
As it stands Dame must lay off the weed for at least 24-hours before each scheduled visit and a monitor must be present.
Court insiders claim Dame went off after the ruling and had to be dragged out of court.
