Over the weekend it was reported that rapper Scarface was arrested in Atlanta moments after accepting the I Am Hip Hop award at this years BET Hip Hop Awards [click here if you missed that].
Now we know why…
Scarface is behind on his child support.
It is not known which jurisdiction took out the original warrants but bail has been set at $482,190.
Normally in these cases the bail is set at the amount owed.
As of Sunday Scar was still in custody.
