Tahiry is suing his ass…
Tahiry filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court this week claiming Charles Suggs aka Carlos Fiasco "suddenly and without cause and provocation verbally and physically, brutally and savagely attacked" her.
Tahiry claims Carlos began "beating her up, hurling obscenities, dragging her by her hair" and "continuously belittling and disrespecting" during the assault after she confronted him for verbally abusing members of her staff.
Carlos later pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to anger management and ordered stay away from Tahiry for five years [click here if you missed that].
Tahiry is suing Carlos Fiasco and the fashion show organizers for unspecified damages.
