In a series of Tweets Ne-Yo confirms the conception of his and Crystal's baby but explains they are not married yet just engaged.
Ne-Yo also addressed long standing rumors that he forced former fiancé Monyetta Shaw to get her tubes tied insisting it was a mutual decision and that it is reversible.
