For years Jennifer Lopez' first husband, Ojani Noa, has been trying to release a sex tape from their honeymoon night [click here here and here if you missed that].
Looks like Ojani may have just found a loophole…
According to reports Ojani Noa and his lawyers insist they have the legal right to release the sex tape because Jennifer Lopez withdrew her case during arbitration.
Ojani's lawyers tell In Touch Magazine,
"We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage."
"There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.”According to sources who have viewed the footage some of it features Jennifer Lopez kissing another woman but contains no actual sex with Ojani or anyone else.
