Xavier put the plaques up for sale on Ebay asking $3000 for the plaques for "And Then There Was X" and "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood."
Xavier is selling the plaques to jump start his music career.
DMX, who is in locked up for back child support [click here if you missed that], tells TMZ Xavier has no right to sell the plaques and that he feels betrayed.
