According to TMZ Nia Guzman's lawyers demanded Chris Brown submit hair and urine for an on-the-spot drug test.
Sources also tell TMZ Chris' mother must be present while Royalty is with her father.
Chris and Nia are due back to court in 12 days for mediation to hammer out a permanent agreement.
