Earlier this week rapper Tyga was ordered to pay $70k in back rent and vacate his home in Calabasas [click here if you missed that].
Somehow Tyga counter sues his landlord for breach of contract..
According to People magazine Tyga filed a counter suit on the grounds he gave his landlord $200k in 2014 to put in escrow towards purchase of the $8 million house but the landlord 'has not fulfilled his duty of making sure the property is officially purchased.'
I'm no mathematician but I'm pretty sure you have to pay more than $200k for an $8 million house and still pay that monthly note.
On the bright side Tyga's old house is not far from Kylie Jenner's newly purchased $2.7 million spread so he won't have far to move his stuff.
