The incident started inside Muzik nightclub near Dufferin St. shortly before 3:30 a.m., police said at a morning news briefing on the scene. One or two people were shot at the bar before the shooting spilled onto the street, police said.
A man was pronounced dead on the scene, on club’s outdoor patio. A woman died en route to hospital. The dead were described as in their 20s and 30s.
Three other people, two men and a woman, were seriously injured and taken to different hospitals.Before you go blaming this on Meek Mill, this is the second year in a row shooting broke out an OVO Music Fest after party at Muzik.
It is not clear if Drake was present at the time of the shooting.
