Back in June rapper Rick Ross was arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery and aggravated assault after brutalizing his groundskeeper for having a party at his estate in Fayette County Ga without his permission [click here if you missed that].
After posting a $2 million bond Rick Ross was ordered to wear a GPS tracking device and remain in state until his trial.
Yesterday Rick Ross was granted permission to leave the state for business trips but he must give the judge five days notice and return to his home two hours after arriving back in the city.
