Last month pop star Ciara was slammed by her baby daddy, trap rapper Future, for allowing her new boyfriend, NFL star Russell Wilson, be apart of their son's life [click here if you missed that].
Ciara reminds Future that she used to take care of his kids when they first hooked-up…
Ciara tells Gayle King on CBS This Morning,
"It’s interesting to hear what guys have to say about it and I feel like in a sense it’s a double standard. At one point of time I took care of his kids while we were together."
"I was involved [with the kids] very early in the stage of us getting to know each other and that’s been a big part of the conversation, it’s like ‘well what’s the difference here?’"Ciara also claims she tried to introduce Future and Russell but Future refused,
"To the guys that want to have such an opinion, know your facts. I did reach out to my son’s father to have him and Russell speak but he didn’t want to talk to me, we didn’t get to talk. I don’t know what they want me to do other than live my life."
