Two years ago rapper Too Short was sentenced to community service plus three years probation for eluding police in a foot chase during a DUI arrest [click here if you missed that].
After failing to meet the conditions of his plea agreement Too Short lands in jail…
Yesterday in court Too Short admitted not completing his community service hours and chose 90 days in jail rather than extend his probation by three more years.
He is not expected to serve the full sentence.
