R&B singer R. Kelly sued by his younger brother for back pay…
According to TMZ R. Kelly's brother Bruce is suing Kellz because he hasn't been paid in over three months.
In his court docs Bruce claims he was promised $700 a week to drive R Kelly around and run errands for him.
Instead Bruce found himself working 24 hour days for no pay, sometimes waiting in the car for Kellz for up to 12 hours.
The Illinois Labor Board is investigating the case.
Fun Fact: This isn't the first brother R. Kelly has thrown under the bus. Back in 2008 R Kelly claimed it was his brother Carey, not him, in a video having sex with an underage girl [click here if you missed that].
