Two weeks ago Sean Diddy Combs was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and making terroristic threats against his son Justin's UCLA football coach [click here if you missed that].

It could if the case ever makes it to trial and Diddy is convicted of a felony.
The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms forbids anyone convicted of a felony within five years of receiving their license of being in the liquor business.
Fortunately UCLA does not want to press charges but the case has already gone to the D.A. for review.
A decision is expected this week.
